A significant contributor to success for ConnectWise users and other small- to mid-sized IT service providers is staying current and bringing new technologies to their own customers.
The Complete IT Academy online IT training concept was introduced as Technology Certifications Training at ConnectWise’s IT Nation in November, 2011. This value-add for ConnectWise customers was created with the recognition that technology service providers needed an easy way to offer their technicians training for IT industry certifications. The goal was to offer a solution with training available from one place, at reasonable and easy-to-understand prices.
Our site has evolved dramatically since 2011. Today’s third generation, The Complete IT Academy, represents an even more powerful tool for technology workers. Our Learning Assets offerings have been greatly expanded. In addition to even more courses and videos, we have added books, audio books, book summaries, boot camps, and a much more robust on-the-go mobile learning experience. Of course, we still offer many courses with live mentors and practice exams.
